The room was a good size, the bed were very comfortable. Very friendly staff (shout out to Emanuel and Laura in the front desk, specifically, who were very helpful). Great location, close to restaurants and bars, as well as shopping malls.

The staff is what stand out on our experience. They are very helpful and accommodating. We had a rainy stay in Miami and they provided towels and umbrellas. They offered coffee and tea when we arrived soaking wet from outside. The staff are very friendly. Laura, Gian, Carlos, staff at the swimming pool are among others that I remember helped us on our stay.

The room was great and we had a wonderful spa bath but the bath had no view so not so great to lounge about in. The beach is within easy reach just across the road. The staff are great and very helpful. Great place. Pool is cool and well located.

The room was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was close to everything and it was great to have access to beach stuff and bikes. The bed was really comfy and I slept well. Overall we really liked the hotel and it's position.
